TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

By registering, purchasing, entering, or using any WARHOUSE facilities or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).

1. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Membership is open to individuals 18 years old and above.

1.2 Members below 18 must obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 WARHOUSE reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any membership or access at its sole discretion.

2. MEMBERSHIP TYPES

WARHOUSE offers the following membership categories:

2.1 Credit System Membership

  • Members under this category receive monthly WARHOUSE credits.
  • Credits are governed strictly under the WARHOUSE Credit System (Section 4).
  • Only this membership category is entitled to credit benefits.


2.2 Monthly Payment Membership (1-Year Contract)

  • This membership is bound by a 12-month contractual commitment.
  • Members under this category do not receive WARHOUSE credits.
  • Membership covers gym facility access only, unless additional services are purchased separately.
  • Early termination does not entitle the member to any refund unless required by law.


2.3 Walk-In (Pay Per Entry)

  • Walk-in access is available on a pay-per-entry basis, subject to availability.
  • Walk-in users:
    i. Are not considered WARHOUSE members
    ii. Do not receive credits
    iii. Are not entitled to member-exclusive pricing, privileges, or promotions
  • WARHOUSE reserves the right to restrict walk-in access during peak hours or special events.


2.4 General Conditions for All Membership Types

  • Membership benefits are not transferable or interchangeable between categories.
  • WARHOUSE reserves the right to revise, suspend, or discontinue any membership type with prior notice.
  • Personal Use Only: Memberships, credits, and facilities are strictly for personal use. Any form of sharing, resale, transfer, commercial training, business use, or monetization without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
  • WARHOUSE reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for violations.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEES

3.1 All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, unless required by law.
3.2 Full payment must be made before access is granted.
3.3 WARHOUSE reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

4. WARHOUSE CREDIT SYSTEM

4.1 Credits are issued monthly to eligible Credit System Members only.
4.2 Credits may be used exclusively within WARHOUSE for approved services, including but not limited to:

  • Supplements
  • Diet food & beverages
  • Personal training
  • Physiotherapy
  • Recovery services
  • Sauna, cold plunge, or similar facilities

Service Availability Disclaimer: Availability of services is subject to demand, staffing, scheduling, maintenance, and operational constraints. WARHOUSE does not guarantee the availability of any specific service at any given time, even if credits are available.

4.3 Credits:

  • Are not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be transferred, shared, or resold
  • Cannot be carried forward
  • Expire automatically at the end of each calendar month

4.4 Unused credits are forfeited without compensation.
4.5 WARHOUSE reserves the right to amend credit rules and eligible services.
4.5A Credit Misuse:

  • Misuse includes, but is not limited to, credit sharing, resale, staff coercion, manipulation of service bookings, or any attempt to exploit the credit system.

WARHOUSE reserves full discretion to suspend or revoke credits without compensation in such cases.

5. FACILITY ACCESS & OPERATING HOURS

5.1 Operating hours:

Monday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM, unless otherwise announced.

5.2 Members must comply with check-in procedures, attire requirements, and equipment usage rules.
5.3 WARHOUSE may deny or restrict access due to maintenance, safety concerns, capacity limits, or rule violations.

6. PERSONAL TRAINING, PHYSIOTHERAPY & RECOVERY SERVICES

6.1 All services are subject to availability and booking requirements.
6.2 Missed appointments without proper notice may result in session or credit forfeiture.
6.3 WARHOUSE does not guarantee any specific fitness, health, or recovery results.
6.4 Service Availability:

  • All services are provided on a first-come, first-served or booking basis and may be unavailable due to full bookings, equipment downtime, staffing limitations, or operational requirements.

7. FREEZE & TEMPORARY SUSPENSION POLICY


7.1 Membership freeze is allowed once per membership term, subject to approval.
7.2 Freeze duration:

  • Minimum: 14 days
  • Maximum: 60 days

7.3 Credits will not be issued during freeze periods.
7.4 Administrative fees of RM50 will be charged per request.
7.5 Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and are not retrospective.
7.6 WARHOUSE reserves the right to reject freeze requests due to misuse, excessive frequency, or insufficient justification.

8. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

8.1 Members may terminate membership early; however:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Unused credits and benefits are forfeited

8.2 WARHOUSE may suspend or terminate membership without refund for:

  • Misconduct or harassment
  • Abuse of staff or members
  • Damage to property
  • Fraud or misuse of credits
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

9. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

9.1 Members confirm they are medically fit to participate in physical activity.
9.2 WARHOUSE is not responsible for injuries, illness, or health complications arising from facility usage.
9.3 Members are advised to seek medical clearance before commencing any fitness program.

10. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNITY

10.1 Members acknowledge inherent risks associated with gym activities.
10.2 WARHOUSE, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injury, death, property loss, or consequential damages.
10.3 Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless WARHOUSE against any claims arising from usage of facilities or services.

11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

11.1 Lockers are provided for convenience only.
11.2 WARHOUSE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

12. CODE OF CONDUCT

12.1 Members must behave respectfully, maintain hygiene, and use equipment responsibly.
12.2 Zero tolerance for harassment, violence, substance abuse, unsafe behavior, or disruption.

13. PHOTO, VIDEO & CCTV POLICY

13.1 WARHOUSE premises are monitored by CCTV for safety, security, and operational purposes.
13.2 Members consent to incidental appearance in CCTV footage or background recordings.
13.3 Unauthorized photography, videography, or recording of other members, staff, or private areas is prohibited.
13.4 CCTV footage may be used for investigation, dispute resolution, or legal proceedings when required.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

14.1 All WARHOUSE branding, systems, content, and materials remain the property of WARHOUSE.
14.2 Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

15. AMENDMENTS

15.1 WARHOUSE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
15.2 Continued use of facilities constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

17. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By registering, entering, or using WARHOUSE facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
