This Cancellation & Refund Policy must be read together with the WARHOUSE Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the WARHOUSE Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

By registering, making payment, or using any WARHOUSE facilities or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.


1. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

1.1 Members may submit a written request to cancel their membership at any time.

1.2 Membership cancellation shall take effect only from the date WARHOUSE receives written notice. Retroactive cancellations are strictly not permitted.

1.3 Cancellation of membership does NOT entitle the member to any refund, whether partial or full.

1.4 Upon cancellation, all remaining membership validity, unused credits, unused services, and member privileges shall be immediately forfeited without compensation.

1.5 For Monthly Payment Memberships or any contract-based plans, cancellation does not release the member from the obligation to complete all remaining payments under the agreed contract term.


2. NO REFUNDS – MEMBERSHIPS & SERVICES

All WARHOUSE memberships, access passes, gym usage, personal training, physiotherapy, recovery services, sauna, cold plunge, and WARHOUSE credits are classified as intangible services.

Once payment has been made, these services are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.


3. NON-USAGE & EARLY TERMINATION

Failure to utilise WARHOUSE facilities, services, or credits does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

This includes, but is not limited to injury, medical conditions, relocation, busy schedule, personal dissatisfaction, or financial reasons.


4. WARHOUSE CREDIT POLICY

WARHOUSE credits have no cash value and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Expired, unused, forfeited, or revoked credits shall not be refunded or compensated under any circumstances.


5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

WARHOUSE does not guarantee the availability of any specific service, equipment, trainer, or therapist at any given time.

Temporary service unavailability due to capacity limits, maintenance, staffing, or operational requirements does not entitle the member to cancellation, refund, or compensation.


6. FREEZE POLICY

Membership freeze, if approved under the WARHOUSE Terms & Conditions, constitutes a temporary suspension of access only.

Freeze approval does not create any entitlement to refund, credit extension, or monetary compensation.


7. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds or returns for physical products sold by WARHOUSE are limited strictly to cases of wrong delivery, damaged items upon receipt, or failed delivery.

All claims must be submitted within seven (7) working days with valid proof of purchase. Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.


8. FINAL DISCRETION

WARHOUSE reserves the absolute and final discretion to approve or reject any cancellation, refund, or dispute arising from this policy. All decisions shall be final and binding.


9. GOVERNING LAW

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.


10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By making payment, registering as a member, or using any WARHOUSE facilities or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
